HOW TO DO GYAN MUDR:

 This mudr is very easy to do by just  joining together, the tip of the index finger with the tip of the thumb finger.

prithvi mudra  is very easy to do, just joining the tips of  ring finger with the tip of thumb finger and applying gentle pressure is enough to form this mudr.

This mudr is very easy to do, just placing the tips of the middle and ring finger with thumb finger.

Vaata-kaarak mudr is very easy to do, just placing the tips of the index finger and middle finger on the tip of the thumb finger.

Pran is very useful to increase kapha humor and decrease pitta humor.Pran mudra can be called kapha kaarak or pitta naashak mudra.

45 minutes of practice will give good results. Morning or in the meditation is the best time to practice mudras but you may practice it any time like while travelling or watching T.V.
