Varun mudra
Joining the tips of thumb finger and little finger forms Varun mudra. When you practice this mudra in pranic healing, your blood gets purified. This mudra is also beneficial in the treatment of skin disorders, hormonal disorders and all the diseases of the digestive system.
Surya mudra
Placing the ring finger at the bottom of thumb finger will form Surya mudra. Practicing this mudra while Pranic meditation or meditation will give benefits of reducing fat, improves digestive power and increases body temperature.
Prithvi mudra
Joining the tip of the thumb finger and ring finger will form Prithvi mudra. This mudra will help you to attain strength and body weight and decreases body temperature.
Aakash mudra

Gyan mudra

Vayu Mudra

Prana Mudra

Shoonya mudra
Placing the tip of the middle finger at the bottom of the thumb finger will form shoonya mudra. Practicing this mudra will relieve ear pain and all the disorders of the ear.
Linga Mudra
This mudra can be practiced like in the picture. This mudra improves immunity, and all relieves all the diseases of lungs.
