Food combination is very important to lead a healthy life. According to Ayurveda few foods are opposite in nature and combination of it leads to unhealthy situations. Combining of these foods when cooking or eating become poisons. It leads to many diseases to the body. Knowing that foods will allow us to avoid this bad combinations they are.

1. Milk and alcohol.

2. Payasam and alcohol.

3. Chicken and Curd

4. Milk and fish.

5. Milk and all the fruits they are sour in taste.

6. Ripe fruits and unripe fruits.

7. Butter milk, Curd and Banana.

8. Equal quantity of honey and ghee.

9. Heating the honey.

10. Cold and hot foods together.

11. Using Ghee in copper containers.

12. Holibasil and milk

13. Cooked and uncooked foods together.

All these foods are opposite in nature don’t combine these foods.
